We want you to love your lashes; if you are not completely satisfied with your Falscara purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and include any unused lash wisps or applicators.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original box, ensuring that adhesive seals are intact for health and safety compliance.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement lashes within 5-7 business days.
